If you are not satisfied with our product because it does not work, you can send it back to us within 10 days after you receive it. Once we receive the returned merchandise we will process a refund for the cost of the merchandise. In this case, we don’t refund the shipping fees. The buyer must pay to ship the item(s) back.
If the product doesn’t work, you can send it back to us within one month for exchange. Buyers pay the shipping fees for sending merchandise back to us, and we pay the shipping fees for re-sending items to buyers.
Within 1 year of purchase, buyers can send merchandise purchased back for free repair. In this case, the buyer pays all the shipping fees in both directions. This mean you should pay us the shipping fees for us to send your items back to you. If the buyer breaks the item and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of exchanged components.
No matter the reason, the buyer should pay the shipping fees to return any merchandise deemed unsatisfactory. No matter whether for exchange or refund, buyers should send products back first. After we receive the returned item(s), we will process the refund or exchange immediately. Please write a note with your order number or Paypal payment number so that we can find the order details.

In order to protect buyers’ rights, our site follows the following convention:
1. If you find other sellers who sell this product with a lower retail price, tell us within 7 days after you place your order. We will refund you the difference!
2. If we lower our price within 7 days after you place your order, tell us and we will refund you the difference.
How to use buyer’s rights:
When you find any online seller who sells the product at a lower price, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell us your order number and the link to the product from the other seller. Our specialists will research the case and refund you within 2 days after making a decision in your favour.
